Palladium Convention Support Guidelines

NEW: In addition to contacting us for support, make sure to list your convention in Palladium Books' Online Directory.

We are happy to support any convention who contacts us. You can either send your information (as a support ticket) to Kathy Simmons OR give Kathy a call at our office Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm EST. The number she can be reached at is: (734)721-2900 OR FAX her at (734)721-1238. When sending us information about your convention, we would appreciate it if you would provide us the following:

1) The Name and Date(s) of your Convention: (i.e. RPG Con, July 7-9 2006)

2) The Location of your Convention: (i.e. Taylor, Michigan)

3) A contact person. Someone who is actually part of the convention committee. In addition, give us that person's address and telephone number (daytime and nightime) in case we need to call. An email address is also useful.

4) An estimate as to the expected attendance.

5) Which particular Palladium games and tournaments you are running, if any. How many?

6) Are you having an auction? For which charity, if any?

7) This one is real important. Provide us a shipping address to which we can send the promotional materials. Typically, we send the promo materials via UPS and they cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. So please no PO Boxes, we need a regular street address.

8) Send us any flyers and a copy of your convention booklet to:

Guest Appearances

We love getting out to meet our fans! If you would like Kevin to be a guest for your convention, just ask. If his schedule will allow it all he usually requires is Airfare to the location and a hotel room to lay his head. Contact Kathy Simmons
